She’ll start by listing and photographing your property, (if required) ensuring it looks its absolute best for online platforms.
Tara will also help dress and fit out your space (with a personalised estimate to suit your style), creating an inviting atmosphere that will attract guests from day one.
Once your property is looking perfect, she’ll set up your Airbnb listing and sync it across other platforms like Booking.com for maximum exposure.
Tara takes care of all the essential guest guidelines, from check-in and check-out instructions to creating a comprehensive guest book that includes things to do in the area, house rules, and helpful tips (additional charge).
She’ll manage your bookings and be the first point of contact for any guest queries or assistance, ensuring prompt, professional communication every time.
Tara will also keep the property in check, ensuring photographs are taken upon guest entry and exit, and conduct regular one on one inspections to ensure everything is in tip-top shape.
